I plan to use this for a shakabuku card for myself. I'm a Nichiren Buddhist who's been chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo for 20 years. We believe in and chant portions of the Lotus Sutra every morning and evening.
The Lotus is important because it's a plant that contains both seed (cause) and flower (effect) when it blooms. Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo has many meanings to different people, however the primary meaning is "devotion to the Mystic Law of the Lotus Sutra", or devotion to the Mystic Law of cause and effect (Karma).
As I said, I intend to use this image on personal calling cards as a way of introducing folks to true Buddhism. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to pay for it somehow or not. If you are disturbed by your image's use, need to be paid somehow, or would like to know more (or just want to chat about Tyler Perry movies - I've got some thoughts on Angelina Jolie too), then look me up at houseofnina@gmail.
Thank you for creating this image. I love it.
Sincerely, Nina
